Who will I meet on the call?

These one-on-one sessions are facilitated by Jo Eady, founder of RuralScope. Jo has over 20 years of experience working with some of Australian agriculture’s best and brightest leaders. She has worked with leaders from Cotton Australia, AgForce Queensland, Grain Growers Limited, Grower Group Alliance, Landcare NSW and Red Earth Foundation and Gold Coast City Council, just to name a few. Her knowledge of and practical experience with transformational leadership ensures each session seamlessly links theory with practice.

These one on one coach support sessions are for existing clients only. You will be directed to use this product by one of our coaches. Each call is for up to an hour.

These sessions are for check in calls for those who have already completed Programs with us and have been offered ongoing support. Each call is for up to an hour.

These sessions will have a practical and single need focus and be directed by you. Each session consists of a one-hour support with one of our coaches. To ensure you bring 100% attention to the session, we ask that you provide an email update of your needs directly to your coach in the lead up to your session.
