We love collaborating for greater good. Together with Wendy Agar from Engaged Outcomes we’re on a mission to support 5000+ people by 2025 to enhance their facilitation skills to achieve better outcomes across rural and regional Australia.
We are here to ensure the voices, interests and all-round great talent of those living, working and leading in rural Australia are heard. So much consultation goes on (think loud voices and sticky notes here) where the facilitators and processes used fall short. We are leading a movement to improve facilitation between now and 2025. Foundations of Facilitation
We’ve developed our signature Foundations of Facilitation Program for people just like you. Developed by experts, our programs are designed to give you the skills and frameworks to be a confident, engaging and prepared facilitator. This 1.5 day program is for you or your team if you want to develop your / their skills and confidence and;
- Become a more authentic facilitator
- Plan grounded and agile facilitation plans and processes with confidence
- Establish a bank of tools and tactics that work in even the most challenging situations
- Gain supportive feedback on their facilitation

Foundations of Facilitation – 1 Day Face to Face Workshops
We are really excited to announce we have a number of regions waitlisted for this workshop. We’d love to know if you’d like us to come to your part of the country.
Wendy Agar and myself, Jo Eady will be your facilitators across the highly participative day. We are both professional facilitators with years of experience (more than we care to remember!) in facilitating groups, change, and whole of industry initiatives. We are experienced in working with and training small to large groups – think 10 to 1000+. We are skilled, train the trainers and love designing immersive, high participation and future focused programs. We are bringing the best of what we have to this Foundations of Facilitation Program for you.
