The Facilitation Made Easy session allows us to dig deep into the challenges you’re currently facing and become deliberate about actions for you to implement straight away.
We design the sessions with a practical focus on tips, strategies and actions to implement straight away to enhance your facilitation.
Each session consists of a one-hour coaching call and a thirty-minute follow up call. To ensure you give 100% attention to the coaching call, we provide the follow-up call to give you feedback, actions, and resources such as worksheets and links.

Who will I meet on the call?
- These one-on-one sessions are facilitated by Jo Eady, founder of RuralScope.
- Jo has over 20 years experience working with some of Australian agriculture’s best and brightest leaders. She has facilitated groups as large as 1500 and as small as 3. She has facilitated around the kitchen table through to national and international events / sessions and forums. These have included an international cotton conference, national drought and health forums for the National Rural Women’s Coalition, strategic planning sessions for industry groups, enterprises and local government including the Gold Coast City Council and a range of leadership programs including Australian Future Cotton Leaders, Australian Grain Leaders, Aglink for Emerging Leaders, Grains Social Leaders. In addition, Jo has also developed facilitation templates, tools and workbooks.
