Maybe you're unsure as to how rural communities work and what to consider when engaging with them. The EngagePLUS session allows you to dig deep into the challenges you're currently facing and become aware of what's required by you and what actions you need to put in place to start engaging!

We design your session/s with a practical focus on tips, strategies and actions to implement straight away to enhance your engagement efforts.

Each session consists of a 50 min coaching call and a 15 min follow up call.

Who will I meet on the call?

• These One on One sessions are facilitated by Jo Eady, Founder of RuralScope.
• Jo was born and raised in a family farming business in South Gippsland, Victoria. After leading a project team during de-regulative of the dairy industry, she recognised that engaging for purpose and value doesn't come easily to all. And that farmers have a trust meter that they strongly employ to all relationships before taking them further.
• Jo's extensive knowledge and practical experience with different farming groups means she has demonstrated experience to share, and does so freely, ensuring each session seamlessly links theory and practise.
