Jo Eady
Director | Lead Consultant
Born and bred on a small dairy farm in Victoria, Jo has an intimate knowledge of the challenges and rewards of agriculture. She is equally at home in the paddock and the board room.
Jo is responsible for the design and development of RuralScope programs, activities and solutions.
Since 2000 she has supported over 5000 clients on their leadership journey via programs, workshops, coaching and mentoring.
Jo quickly gets to the core of her client’s needs and tailors solutions based on desired outcomes and budget. Her work ensures RuralScope has a high re-engagement rate.
Jo prides herself in developing and facilitating agile initiatives with no barrier to participation, ensuring inclusion and diversity.
Her work is based on a unique and diverse skill set that includes:
- Qualifications in education, psychology, management and coaching/counselling
- Certification as a Daring Way Facilitator – employing a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr Brené Brown
- Certification in a range of human synergistic assessments and tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator
