Hello there ........

I'm Jo Eady - leadership and people development specialist, professional coach and facilitator.

I was Senior Executive Officer of TAFE Queensland before starting my own business, RuralScope to work more closely with people across rural, regional and remote Australia. Add agriculture into the mix as well. I've been in the people development industry my whole working life. Before that grew up on a dairy farm in Victoria and then headed to Uni. This means I've literally worked with 1000's of people, groups and businesses to support their skill development, career, leadership and business pathways.

I've taken all this knowledge and experience and act as a practical resource to help people like you and groups to develop their visions, goals and plan.

It's my mission to empower, challenge and support you to step in to your potential and be and achieve more than you ever thought possible. And all with down to earth authenticity. I work with people with big dreams, next steps in their careers and many who are seeking a partner to make decisions in a hectic or confusing situation regarding their role, business or group.
