RuralScope has a bank of coaches / mentors. The flagship of our coaching / mentoring programs is in their set up. During this time all clients undertake a one on one session where a needs analysis, skills development checklist and vision /goal for coaching is established resulting in client centred Coaching Plan. From there our clients are then matched with the most appropriate coach / mentor.
