We work with a broad range of clients ranging from individuals to project teams, government groups, industry groups and organisations, corporates and communities.  In a general sense, I could probably argue that their needs are all similar - they are looking for a solution for positive change! Yes CONTENT is important, there is no doubt, however, from my experience, what is even more important is PROCESS.  I have learned one thing for certain and this is that CONTENT without PROCESS does not lead to any change.  And I also see costly mistakes being made over and over, organisations appear happy to pay for CONTENT only to find that no change occurs as there was no PROCESS to carry the change through.
