Have you read any of Dr Stephen Covey's books?  One of his most well known is 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.  I think it's a great read and it's one of those books where you find something new or something shifts in you each time you read it.  It is a true favourite of mine.  And deep inside the pages, there are 10 important questions.  I find these questions can stretch you as they take your thinking into the future.  And with truth and honesty, on your part, can stir you and take you to a place in your thinking where you just might not have been before. try these 10 questions now to evoke vision for your future.

Can you answer the question, What do you want to be doing 10 years from now?  If not, you are not alone. However, research tells us that if we have a plan we are more likely to achieve it than if we don't.  Therefore it makes sense to do your own thinking about your future.  No one else will for you and the worst thing that can happen is that you end up living someone else's life vision as you didn't have time or didn't know how to get one sorted for yourself.  So here's a great list of questions to get you started.
