I have a great job and I get to work with great people.  So many of these great people share with me that they want to change, change aspects of their life. Their image, relationships, their futures,  their jobs, work etc.  They share that they want to get better.  Get better at what they do.  People share they want to be thinner, healthier and happier.  But so many (and I am happy to admit – me at times!) fall short of actually taking the actions required to bring about change.

Ahh there’s alot more to listening than we would all like to think.  And it’s all about making sure the focus stays with the speaker.  How many times have you started to tell someone something really important – like about your new car – only to hear about and end up talking about their car!  So frustrating – here are some great tips to listen with empathy.  And you will make long lasting relationships and gain the respect of others as you go.
