I put de-clutter to the test last month. I staged my own research. I wanted to see if de-cluttering works in practice. And here I am a month later having thrown out, dontated or passed on 496 items. You see I stuck to a plan of 1 item on Day 1, 2 items on Day 2, 3 items on Day 3 right through to 31 items on Day 31. The items ranged from old magazines right through to pieces of furniture. I now feel lighter, am more organised and have clarity like never before. My actions encouraged work colleagues and friends to join me on this challenge too.
