Grain Leaders Engage with Industry

This year RuralScope facilitated the Australian Grain Leaders Program for Grain Growers Limited.  it is such a great program that supports emerging leaders further develop their leadership skills. This year participants came from almost all grain growing regions of Australia.  Each participant identified a real life issue which they developed into a project.  Throughout the year they applied their leadership knowledge and skills to these projects.  All achieved amazing results in their own growth and contributed greatly to their enterprise and industry.
