Just Say I Will ...
With all the hype around New Year resolutions, goals, visions and downloadable templates and so on.... it really is easy to get confused about setting up your year to be the best one yet.  How do you do it???? I am a big believer that the start of a year gives us a rare opportunity to stop, breathe, think, reset our plans and to set our own pathways forward. I often refer to this as setting our human GPS.  And today, here's my tip to keep it simple and clear.

This Year I will......

It's this easy.  Create a number of statements under headings that are important to you.

STEP 1

Set your headings....

Examples for me this year are;

  • Family
  • Health
  • Business
  • Travel

STEP 2

Create your I will statements ...

Examples for me this year are;

Family

  • I will host 4 family functions at my place

Health

  • I will drink 2 litres of water each day

Business

  • I will lead the re-development of at least 5 RuralScope learning resources
  • I will blog at least once per week
  • I will meet with my business peer mentoring group each month and commit to actions

Travel

  • I will start my travel fund
  • I will make quarterly contributions to this fund
  • I will take my family on holidays in August for 2 weeks

Would love to hear from your about your I will statements, email me here.
